Sticky, Hot, Sticky!

Up this morning to another lovely day of the heat and humidity! I just figure this kind of weather will allow me to do more of the things I want to do.  I am cleaning up the house early this morning, making an apple pie for dh that I didn't get to yesterday, do 1 load of laundry, and then off the the bedroom to stay in the a/c and crochet, do my Bible reading, and nap some.  The last few nights I haven't been able to sleep very well and it is really draining alot out of me, well that and the heat!  Soon enough fall and winter will make it's return, so I think I will try to enough this as much as possible!

Dh is mowing hay this morning and hoping that it will be ready to chop later this afternoon. so he will most likely be in late for dinner.   So I thought about putting something in the crockpot, don't know what yet though!

Well off to clean up before the humidity really kicks in today!!

I think that's the key to these types of days. Get as much as we can as early as we can. If not it's miserable.
