Monday Shopping and Canning

Wow, What a hot and humid day today has been!  Still quite warm this evening

Today I went shopping with a friend of mine, so nice to spend time with friends you don't see often, We went to Sam's Club and I stocked up on some much needed staple items.   Then we went to lunch together.

This afternoon after we got home I made 12 pints of dill pickles and 4 quarts of Bread and Butter pickles, Tommorrow morning I will finish the pickles up and we will have enough to last for quite a while.

Tommorrow the weather is supposed to be hotter and more humid than today, so I will get up really early and get things done!

Well off to the air conditioned bedroom to read a bit before I fall asleep!
