What is your idea of a perfect summer day?  My idea of a perfect summer day is to wake up to the birds chirping, sunshine and being able to lay in bed and relax, then to have tea and breakfast out on the front porch, and just laze the day away under my maple tree.

 What is one homesteading skill that you want to learn more about?  How to be able to become more self sufficient with our farm, also to find more ways to have our farm be more profitable in a organic sense.  Learning more about goats, goats milk and cheesmaking, I don't have any goats right at the moment but we will be getting a few soon.
