Rhubarb Bread

I made this a few days ago...very yummy!!

 

Rhubarb Bread

 

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup organic sugar

2/3 cup canola oil

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla

2 1/2 cups ww flour

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

2 cups diced fresh rhubarb

1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

 

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 2 greased and flours loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees!
