Haying....Day 3

Good Morning...another beautiful day here.  Jimmy has hay down and we are expecting it to rain this afternoon, so I am sure he will be getting that baled up this morning. We had a busy weekend here, I spent alot of time in the garden, weeding and all, great quiet time!  Jimmy has been baling hay all weekend and running for parts.

Today I would like to get some different kinds of muffins made so I am able to freeze them, I love to have alot of frozen things on hand, never know when someone is going to pop in.

I have been debating whether I want to go pick some strawberries or not, this will be the first year I haven't in quite some time, but with all the rain this year, alot of people are saying they aren't very good, wonder if they will be ok for jam. 

This afternoon I will take the dog down to the brook, he loves to swim and cools me off as well.

I also plan to do some research online, I would like to start making my own soap.

Well off to the kitchen, get some baking done before it gets to hot and laundry to start!!

I thought the wind only blew in Montana! Ha! Welcome to the wonderful world of blogging. You will meet some wonderful ladies here and I think it will be lots of fun for you. We used to live on a farm and I can remember my husband trying to get hay baled before it rained. Could be a bit stressful. Lord's blessings to you!......Denise
