A couple of weeks ago, I posted, a recipe for potato candy. I made up a batch. Thought I would take a pic. to share with you all. Around here it sell really good a bake sale. It is good and a quick fix for a sweet tooth.
Never heard of these before . Hey ,I'm going to give it a try and see what my folks think. They will eat just about anything ! Do the cookies harded or stay kinda soft ? Do you keep them in the frig to store them ? Thank for sharing ,Shaune
Yeap ,they are delicious !!! They tasted kinda like peanut butter fudge . And it make a bunch of candy . I do have to tell you I forgot the vanilla LOL !!! So next time I'll try to remember it LOL ,Have a good week ,Shaune
