2 cans (46 oz.) unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cans (46 oz.) unsweetened orange juice
4 cans fresh lemon juice or 2 doz fresh lemons or possibly less or a small bottle of reallemon juice concentrate.
6 c. sugar syrup( 2c. sugar in 6 c. water)
1 c. strong tea (5 tea bags in 1 c. water)
2 large bottles ginger ale
2 large bottles sparkling water
1 qt. rainbow sherbet
mix first 5 ingredients. Just before serving add ginger ale and sparkling water. Stir in gently large container.
Spoon in sherbet over top. Serves at least 100. Can be cut in half.
This is another one of my family favorite recipes. My grandmother always made this for Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner. My brother wanted it for his wedding and it was good.
