Sam took Sammy for his baseball practice which I can`t even believe that they are having it. It was snowing about 2:00 today. It is cold. They have practice until 8 pm. Those little fellows will be frozen. He had to miss his cub scouts tonight. They really wasn`t doing anything.
Hard to believe that in 4 days my oldest daughter will be 18 years old. Where did the time go? Seems like yesterday she was running around with pigtails in her hair and wanting to watch the Dalmation movie. Which was her favorite. Now she is almost 18 and getting ready to graduate from high school. She is trying to decide what she wants to go to college for. She wants to go to college and work for a while. Course I don`t think she has any plans of getting married soon. She wants to work until she has kids and then she wants to be a stay at home mom. It is just so hard to believe she will be a grown up woman, with a life of her own. Makes me want to cry. I think she will make a great one. She has been a great kid and hasn`t given us any trouble. I could not ask for more.
We only have 9 nine more weeks of school left and I can not wait. I am burned out and so are the kids. I am going to try and make the last few weeks as fun as I can. I am going to use the cub scouting and 4-h projects for school. I think, that will help. I know Spring is here but it still feels like winter.
One of my friend`s church is having a yard sale in May. This works out good for me because I have been cleaning out closets and going though stuff and I can donate it to them. I have a bunch of stuff too. Well guess that is it for now.
I am a stay-at-home, Christian homeschooling mom. My husband and I have been married for 19 years. We have been blessed with three kids, ages 18, 10 and 8. We live on a family farm and have several animals. I`m just a simple farm gal, who loves her God, family, friends and life.
