I did manage to get some peas planted today. I plan on planting more tomorrow. I also want to get some lettuce planted. We worked the biggest part of the day outside. I did do a little decluttering upstairs before we went out. I have been going though boxes and old papers. I have been doing that when I have the exact time. I really don`t like doing a lot of work on Sundays but this time of the year is really busy for us.
With this being Beth`s senior year, we have a lot coming up for her. Plus Sammy and Hannah playing softball and baseball. Sammy`s Cub Scouting and both of them in 4-H. So we have to work when we can.
I was pleased with what all we did get done. We got a lot picking up and cleaning done. We have a lot of bush piles to burn and we need to burn along the creek. We are planning on doing some remodeling of our chicken coop. I am getting rid of the medal nesting boxes. I do not like cleaning them. The are very hard to clean. Sam decide that he would fix something different for them to nest in.
Well I don`t have much time. Yesterday went pretty good. My brother and his new wife didn`t come down with mom and Jim. Dinner turned out really good. I think everyone ate way too much. The weekend of the 29th, we are having an 18th birthday party for Beth. So hopefully, Brian and Christine will be able to come then. I need to go.
I am a stay-at-home, Christian homeschooling mom. My husband and I have been married for 19 years. We have been blessed with three kids,ages 18, 10 and 8. We live on a family farm and have several animals. I`m just a simple farm gal, who loves her God, family, friends and life.
