We went camping this past weekend and I have spent all day trying to get rested up from it. Well, we camped at our friends campground and helped them with their camp store. They are in the process of building it, so dh helped with the rafters and I helped with staining the logs. They are the ones who are going to let me put my quilts in their store. Now I just have to get some made. I did manage to get 5 loads of laundry wash and hang on the line, supper cooked, schooling done, bottle feed the a calf 2xs, picked up the house and animals taken care of. Now it is time to start getting baths and kids ready for bed and mommy too. I just don`t sleep well when we camp, so I am just tired.
I have a pretty easy homeschooling schedule this week and will help a lot. Friday we are going with our hs group to Wolfpen Woods. It is a old homesteading farm. They are having a reenactment of the pioneer days. I can`t wait to take the kids to see it. I hope to have some pics to share with you all.
Well I have to make a bottle to feed the calf one more time tonight . He did nurse his mommy for a little bit but I am going to give him a bottle for the night. She hasn`t been taking care of him but we have been working with her and she did let him nurse some this evening. But it was a fight with her. I think if we keep working with her, she will let him nurse with out making her. sheryl
