• Friday, August 24, 2007 - Pics of our nature walk on the farm
DS found this. My hubby said it is an oak seed hull. This was taken on top of our hill in the pasture. The is my hubby`s field corn growing in the distance. This was taken from the top of the hill. That is my house and the old barn.Another from the top of the hill. My uncle`s house and another barn.
My cousins house in the bottom. Our pond. In front of my uncles and cousins if the fields where my dh cuts hay.common thistle, bull thistle. or Cirsium vulgare yellow flowers. Not sure of the name. Looking it up. If anyone knows, let me know.
I have some more pics of our walk and I will post them later. The kids decided that 96 was way to hot for a nature walk. I have to say, I do agree. sheryl
