These rolls are so good. My aunt makes them for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners and they are gone in no time.
1 pkg. dry yeast 1 c. water, lukewarm 1/2 c. cooking oil 4 c all purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten
Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and let stand overnight or 8 hours on kitchen counter. Turn out onto floured board and knead lightly. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into rolls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise 4-6 hours. Bake in preheated 400 oven for 10-12 mins.
My aunt says they are easy made. I`m going to try tonight and see for myself. My mom is coming in tomorrow for a visit and I will be cooking Sunday dinner.
I am a stay-at-home, Christian homeschooling mom. My husband and I have been married for 19 years. We have been blessed with three kids, ages 18, 10 and 8. We live on a family farm and have several animals. I`m just a simple farm gal, who loves her God, family, friends and life.
