Yesterday, we put up our Christmas tree and decorations. Then I made a Christmas table cloth for my dinningroom table. I did some more house cleaning and got a few more things done. Planned out our school week. For dinner last night, I fixed mackrel cakes and fried taters. We also had birthday cake, a day late. Today, we all went over to cedar riffles. This is my dh family land. It has been in his family for four generations. His great-grandfather use to farm it. You have to have 4 wheel drive truck to even get to it. It is mostly woods now, but his dad does use the bottoms for hay. Well, anyway, we took the kids on a hike and went squirrel hunting. It was so peaceful and quite. Altough, dh just about killed us climbing up a steer hill. I told him this old fat woman can`t handle to much climbling. Didn`t take the kids long till they were ready to go. His dad and his dads friend were already there putting up fence. DH stayed and help for a little while but then the kids wanted to go home. For dinner tonight we are having cornbread and milk. I know its not a big meal but it sure is good. Well I have went on long enough, until tomorrow. Everyone take care. sheryl
