I deleted the 2 pics I had in my blog hoping to make some space, but Im still unable to upload pics. I see other blogs with many more pics than my 2, so Im  a little confused. The thing is I have tried uploading images as small as they can get and also larger ones.. but still Im stumped. I know how to resize and reduce the pixels and I do that.... soo... hmmmm.. wonder what it could be.

Each account has a limited amount of space to upload pictures too. Sounds like you've hit yours. You could either delete pictures that you already have in there, BUT that will mean people will just see an x on your blog where the picture used to be. OR sign up for a free flickr or photobucket account. Then you will upload your photos there and place that link in your entries here.

If you look through the Tech Support category on the Front Page blog, you'll find an entry about this.

I resize my pictures on my computer. My digital camera has a high pixilation (is that a word? LOL) anyways, dh turned down the pixilation and I also then once they are loaded to the computer, I will reduce the size by opening the picture in "paint" it's a program. I have my picture open and I just drag it to the paint window and it automatically puts it in there. I then hit the image button and then pick "stretch/skew" when in reality I want to shrink it, but that is the tab's name. I reduce my pictures to 20 percent of it's original size and it turns out pretty great... you'd probably have to play with how small you reduce it, but you'll get it. My daughter showed me and it doesn't take much time at all, now that I know what I am doing. Warmly, Melissa
