First of all let me say how much I appreciate this blog and all its bloggers..it has been a blessing to me.

Today I looked at the 'top stories' in the news and I got really frustrated-What in the world are we doing to our kids in this nation--It seems everyday there is more and more stories about our children doing terrible things to people.  Now I may be from a generation gone, but when I was in school we prayed.  We learned respect for ourselves and others.  I realize that I am blessed with great parents that taught me at home as well as good teachers in school..but...AHHHH-there is no words for my frustration when it comes to the children that are going to our future.  How are they supposed to make it in a world such as we live in if they can't even deal with the lil' bumps in the road.  I know there are soooo many of you out there that are raising good, bible believing, well grounded children...and to you I give the highest respect.  I know it is not always easy.  Children are our reponsibility-not the schools-not the governments.  It just breaks my heart.  Wake up America-Look at what your doing to your kids-to your Nation!  Some days I really wonder how much longer we can go on like this...I can't even imagine what life would be like without the comfort of my faith.  I pray for our Nation, our children, and for wisdom and mercy. 

America needs God

Yes, our nation, considered the 1st in the world as far as economy and military power is in a state of crisis!!! Our family's are falling apart...... the divorce rate is at all time high, children are no longer taught to pray or honor God, they are being taught by the media and that is frightening! That is why there is so much violence and hate and so much sorrow........

God has blessed me and my sweeet hubby with 10 chidlren....... we home school and try to teach them as best as we can..... but I do wonder at times who will they marry? I pray daily that God will preserve for them some of honorable men and women who will be good spouses to them and so they can raise up a good family .

The news is depressing --- but the Lord told us that in the last days there would be much wickedness and sorrow in our world........
That is why I pray for HIM to come...... to make things right and deliver us from the evil........
