Unit Study

I found this unit study when I was looking for instructions on making a hand made butter churn.  It looks like a great one to use, check it out at   http://www.carolinarosedesigns.com/brunweb/brunswick%20teacher%20packet.pdf it is a colonial unit study of North Carolina.  I've only glanced through it, appears to be about a 4th grade level.
