Well. I am back now. I had an excellent time on my cruise. It was oh-so-much fun and I was able to go to so many different places. I went to Cozumel, Mexico; The Grand Caymans; Ocho Rios, Jamaica; and the Grand Turks. So many different cultures and that was while I was still on the ship
. I love how everything was done for you, your beds were made up for you while you were gone to breakfast and pulled down for you during supper. The waiters put your napkin on your lap, everything was so much better than I even imagine. I know it's extremely unlikely but I would love to do it again sometime. It was such a wonderful experience. Alright. The weather is calling.

Also I have been thinking about my family.....not the one I can see here and now but the one I will see when I get to heaven. Heaven is just getting fuller and fuller with the people I love. My Mammaw is there. Even if I just got to see her heaven would be good enough for me. I also have four sets of great-grandparents. I haven't ever met them but that will also be part of the awesomeness of heaven. I have my Nanny (my Dad's mom). Sometimes we all just sit around and talk about what Nanny would think about this or that. And my Dad's dad. I never met him either. He died when my Dad was 7. And I have four siblings in heaven. I cannot wait to meet them. And now I have yet another family member that heaven has claimed so that it will be a little sweeter. Emily and Jonathan's baby. It's so easy to want to sit around feeling sorry for me and for Emily and Jonathan. But I know I can't. I have to be strong and remember that I will see that child. It's not gone forever. It's not permenant. That baby has seen Jesus. That baby has walked in heaven. That baby has seen the face of God. That baby has sung with the angels and seen all the Bible characters we've only read about. Wow........my heavenly family has it so much better than I do.

Here's my Monday Madness
1. How many "people" pictures do you have displayed in your house? Well.....there are eight kids in our house and each of us has pics in our room. There are bunches of pics in the living areas. It would take too long to count so I'm going to guess about 50.
2. How many times a month/year do you rearrange your furniture? Once every couple of months at least one piece will be moved
5. How do you handle telemarketer phone calls? "She/He's not available right now can I take a message?"
"No there is not message I'll back at a better time"
Mom and Dad told me they are never available to talk to a telemarketer.

New Look????
Ooooh I like this picture. It's a little blurry but I kind like that too. VBS is over ya'll and I'm little sad about that. It seems like my week nights are always boring. Oh well, maybe I should take up a sport and get really good at it.
Do you know anyone who criticizes people for their responces and yet they respond the same way they criticize others for reacting? Hard to understand? Yes. But still it's something that's on my mind.
If I were in the situation of someone whom I have criticized for their responce would I do exactly what I have criticized or would I stand up for what I know is right or at least what I think is right even if it is hard and others might criticize ME for my responce. Food for thought anyhow. Well, Beth there's another deep question. Still haven't had any spare time to think over those other'ns. 10-4

Bible School
Alright. VBS at Euclid is this week. It started Saturday and I'm not sure which day it ends. Thursday I think. Hee's a few things that stick out in my mind
- Miss Sum Sums and Mr. Al al
- Ben trying to sound like Stephano ("I am an Italian man")
- Mr. Sharrett pretending to take pictures of Mr. Hall eating a hotdog ("What is he doing?")
- Taking Becca and Susan Thompson's picture.
- Mr. Sharretts weird dances.
- McDonald's TWO nights in a row and seeing Seth Teaster.
- Subway
- The Mustache Lady
- Having a three-year-old tell me I was his girlfriend
- Check out
- Listening to the Sharretts try to tell Susan Thompson what was wrong with the check out system.
- Watching Wendy Edwards to the hand motions to "Arctic Edge" (where adventure meets courage")
- Watching Summer and Ben go "courage-courage-courage"
- Listening to Susan B. have a grand ol time with her train whistle toy.
- Making sure the "name tag police"didn't see me and Summer with out our name tags on
- Name tag photos that are s t r e c h e d.
- Coming home and laying in bed with achy legs cause I went up and down stairs about a hundred times each night.
- The Elmer Fudd laugh

Delicious Dessert
My sister in law sent these pics of the gorgeous dessert Summer made for the 4th. Mmmm I wish I had one right now.
Wahoo I might be staying at her house a few days again this week!
In a nutshell
Monday~We went to the fireworks at the Bristol Sox game. Emily and Jonathan met us there to watch them. After an incredible display of fireworks (Which Jonathan thought was pathetic because he's used to Bristol Motor Speeday fireworks. So what if they have a bigger budget?) we went to Aaron and Beth's house for apple pie. Yummy.....whilst we ate out pie and ice cream Aaron shot off some Roman Candles and Bottle Rockets. We got home at like 12-12:30.
Tuesday~Fourth of July. I spent a lot of my day reading because I was so tired. Bubba and William and Brad and Ben and Jonathan and Summer and Aaron and Beth and Papaw came over. We ate way too much. Summer made a BEAUTIFUL dessert and it seemed a shame to eat it but oh was it ever tasty. Man, I am going to have to get her to make another one of those. Jonathan, Aaron, and Nathan played bluegrass for a bit and when it got dark we shot off some Roman Candles and our neighbor gave us some bottle rockets. Once everyone had left but the J-man we sat on the patio and watched the fireworks from the Virginian. One of them said "Happy Fourth of July". One was a smiley face and Anna said one was an American Flag. Once again I didn't go to bed til LATE.
Wednesday~We went to the Gerlocks house for supper! That was so much fun. We got to see their kittens and some horses that belong to their neighbor. We played bunches of outdoor and indoor games. Oh yeah, we played sardines outside and when Hannah hid she hid in a spot so that when we did find her we really did feel like sardines. "Ouch you're on my leg" "Stop sitting on me." "Hurry up and find us" "This hurts". You get the idea.
Thursday~ Aaron left for Atlanta to go to a workshop. I stayed with Beth that night and we watched Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. That was so great.
Friday~ I went around all day going, "My precious. They stole it from us. We needs it." :). I spent that night at Beth's house and we watch LOTR: The Two Towers.
Saturday~ That was like icing on the cake. Me and Beth went to the Farmer's Market and she got some things and we went to our house and I got my things together and got ready to go. Emily and Jonathan took me to McDonalds and exit 66 and we met the Gerlock girls there. We went to a block party at a pool. That was so fun. Balloon Toss, Towel Balloon toss (Me and Claire (6) were on a team and as she said "we were rockin' to the beat") Volley Ball, Home made chocolate ice cream, Swimming, Jumping off the diving board in the 12 ft water, The Belly flop competition (in which I did not compete) and so many other things. We made some really great memories that day. Don't forget to get a doorprize ticket, right Lindsey? That night we had Summer's birthday party. We had cheesecake and had a lot of laughs. Summers is 24. Give her a big ound of applause ya'll.

HAPPY INDEPENDANCE DAY!
I love July. Especially the first few days. Adapting to the HOT weather and July 4th is summer put all into one day! I love the friends, food, family, festivities, fireworks and oh so many other things about the day. We usually work all day doing things like mowing, washing cars, cleaning, gardening etc. and have company over for grillin' at night.
Okay so I've gotten on a picture kick. I LOVE taking pictures (especially of our garden and flowers) I can't figure out the homesteadblogger photo uploading thing for more than one at a time so I'll try to post one picture with each post. Here's a really good one!
