About Me

Our dream of a happy, productive, fun and frugal homestead began to come true on July 14th, 2006. That is when we (DH, DS10, DD8 and myself) purchased our modest homestead. Just a 3 bedroom 1800 sqft home, 2000 sqft shop and some out buildings that sit on 2.78 acres of lightly forested land. It needs a fair share of work between the house and land to become a productive homestead. Let the journey begin :o)
