Mornin everyone, Thought I would read a few blogs before jumping in the shower and starting my day. Boy what a day it is going to be, the sun is out and shining, the birds are just singing their hearts out, and this big ole fly is beating himself on my window trying to get outside! Yesterday I was in the baking zone most of the day. I made over 100 mini brownies, two bags of chocolate dipped pretzels, and one lasagne pan of peanut butter/ chocolate chip fudge. Our booth this weekend is going to have over twelve different sweets in it, and I hope that it ALL sells. I don't think I want to see any more sweets till next year! Tonight I am going to get all the cupcakes made and will frost those friday night. When the grandbaby gets here, we are going to spend our time outside playing. I have him six hours today, and grandma is going to tucker his little butt out so that he sleeps good tonight. He has a new toddler bed that they are getting him used to, and so far, they are having really good luck with him. He has only gotten out of bed a couple times, just because, in the beginning, he figured out that he could get up and out. Now he is getting to become a pro. Grandma is going to have to make him some fancy bed sheets for his bed now. Well I'm going to open the house up and hit the shower. It's going to be a gorgous day and I for one am going to enjoy it! Will talk to you later Oh, I forgot, I am going to try and catch the fly and throw him outside, if he's a willin to! |
