Meals for June 12-17

12 Monday:  Pasta, sauces, frozen asparagus mix

13 Tuesday: Frankly Good Stir-Fry

Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium-high and add 1/2 pound Hebrew National hot dogs (cut lengthwise, then sliced) and cook 2 minutes or until browned. Add packaged frozen Oriental-style vegetables (thawed), 1 tablespoon 1-Step Stir-Fry seasoning (McCormick or another brand) and 1 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce. Cover and cook 3 or 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender; stir occasionally. Serve over rice

14 Wednesday: leftovers or eggs

15 Thursday: Baked potatoes and garden salad

16 Friday: Cheese pizza with veggies

17 Saturday: Going canoing!

HN are kosher hotdogs that are 100% beef. And I think they taste better. I guess someone could use a different hot dog and it would work the same.
