A question about linking...

Blessings!

   I have seen how folks "link" to anothers blog by using just their name rather than writing out the actual url. I would appreciate anyone giving me the information on how to do that:) I think it looks so much nicer and cleaner than having all that http stuff stringing across the page:)

If you add blogs here on HSB to your Friend list, they will automatically show up. If you are wanting to link to blogs or sites elsewhere, use this coding:

<a href="URL TO LINK TO">
NAME OF BLOG OR SITE
</A>

To list several sites in a list, use the coding <BR> to separate them. Email me if you need more help!

Hi Sister Lori!
When you write up a blog just look up at the top of where you are writing and there will be 2 little things that look like little planet earths. Hightlight the name that you want to link and then click on the "little earth". Another box will pop up with the name of the person's blog and below it will have another box where you can type in the person's blog url.
You can also click on the other "little earth" to remove the link if you don't want it.

Hi Sister Lori,
I did a link from my blog to yours. I hope you don't mind. It was such a great post that I wanted others to see it. I had missed it and found it by doing some digging around. How I did the link.......I asked my daughter to do it for me.lol I am no good at this computer.I will see if she knows how to link in the way you are wanting to.
