Be Ye Separate

A bed of roses!

Blessings!

   I was thinking today on how blessed my life has been. In fact, I can safely say that my whole life has been a bed of roses:) You've all heard that term, right? Most folks say just the opposite, but if you really think about it, ALL of our lives have been a bed of roses:) Here's why...

   With all the soft and sweet parts of our lives come little and sometimes big thorns. None of us have lived a perfectly happy life. Each of us has had times both big and small when our lives were less than happy.

   My childhood is filled with all those ups and downs and though I do remember most of both, I choose to delight in the ups:) The downs, I have learned from and through those, have been better prepared to raise my own children. Oh, I've made my mistakes, but I didn't make THOSE mistakes:) Or at least I don't THINK I have:P

   My own children will have little ups and downs to look back on and I can only pray that they will remember those up tims and learn from the downs. Who knows, maybe by the time the Lord comes, my lineage will have learned to live nearly perfect lives for Him:) I know it's not likely since, as they say, history repeats itself but one can always pray for that right?:P

   I just wanted to share some of my blessings in photo...

   For all the ups and downs in my life, I am truly blessed beyond measure.
