Thursday at Country School

Thanks for all your comments, I've enjoyed reading that I am not alone!  I love making my own soap, grinding my own grain, making yogurt, cheese, soap..etc.  I ENJOY it.  I think sometimes that scares people.  Part of our family laughs at us...oh well.  It's too bad they have to be that way.  There are so many more things I would like to do myself but we either can't afford to do it or just have no Idea how to even learn to do it.  Like tanning hides.  I would love to tan the goat hides to make things out of.  I just don't know how to do it and it's one of those things I can't really learn from a book.  I need to see someone do it.  I'm a hands on kind of gal.  Although most of what I have learned has been from the Internet or library books!

Soooo..it's Thursday and I have a huge to do list:

Take turkey out to defrost (37 lbs!) (done)
Finish making butter - I have two more cases of organic heavy whipping cream to process.(DONE}
Paper work - mounds of it some of which I don't have the info and will have to be on the phone a lot today.
Finish my training for my new contract (almost there!  I passed the hardest test already)
Clean my house == I don't even know where to begin, I have not felt well this week, one kid has been sick and the others..well it's been a revolving door. (In Process)
Think Easter (DONE)
Redesign my website for the LLC
Take our recycling to the transfer station (DONE)
Clean out both my vans (and take time to pray that they both sell by the weekend) (Done, prayed and sold one!!|)

Convince someone to give our dog a much needed bath! (DONE)

Wash the dog’s bed (so he doesn’t get stinky again) (DONE}

Need to set up my clothes line again – they are calling for WARM weather the rest of the week!  YAY!
