Homeschooling & Prayer

I have a delemma and would love prayer. Actually a couple. :-)
Ok, so most of you know that we had decided NOT to send Dakota to the preschool here..........then last friday I went up after talking with the teacher and said I would try it since it was just 2 days (thinking i could still do work with him here) he was originally signed up for Mon & Wed's, then come to find out they had messed up and had him down for TUES-THURS and that would not work as I have MOPS on Tues. So I called and spoke with the Super Intend. at the school district that over sees the preschool due to the "State Grant", well she told me that Dakota could go on Thurs. only if I so choose and/or be droped off late on Tues. if I wanted. Well I thought ok, I'll try it. Then last night was the first night of AWANA's and the VERY FIRST night of "AWANAS" for Dakota period. (he didn't go but once last year due to all the snow here) well on the way into to AWANAS , I had realized "THE OTHER" reason I had chosen the MON-WED class, was because of AWANAS on WED night. it doesnt get over until 8:30pm and we live about 40min away and by the time we would get home and get him into bed it would be 9:30pm or later, and then he would have be up by 6am on thurs morning......NOT!
Soooooooooooo, this morning was to be his first day..............I didn't send him today and just realized that God was trying to tell me to just "forget it"! LOL!
Please pray for me as I am so torn over this. (praying I made the right choice) |
