Easter scenes from my place
I thought I'd share a few scenes from around the homestead as I get ready for Easter day. After a sunrise service, breakfast, Sunday School and our Easter Musical we'll come home and family will start coming in. We'll have 10 of us around the table for Easter dinner. I've spent all day working on it today and here's what we're having:
(I made some blueberry muffins to take to Church)
Spiral Sliced Glazed Ham
Squash Dressing
Baked Beans (old recipe, loaded with the works!)
Julienne Potatoes
Boiled Eggs & Deviled Eggs
Homemade Rolls
pickles/olives
Tea
Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars
 Come right on in the back door~
 We added the 2 extra sections to the table to make it bigger and for the first time we will all fit around the same table at our house. No TV trays! {I'd blogged in a previous entry about the new/old table we recently gotten.}
Little eggs from my little chickens...It would take 2 of these to make 1 regular size egg. And they are so good!
   Celebrate a Glorious Easter everyone! HE IS RISEN JUST AS HE SAID!

Your food looks yummy. I also have a (small) Coca-Cola collection. We live in Atlanta, and so it seems appropriate since Coke was invented here. Have a happy resurection day!

Thank you for sharing your pics...is the first pic of the white flowers yours? I was just wondering what kind of flowers those were...beautiful. ALSO, I've never had squash dressing. Can you share recipe? Menu looks great. I bet it was a hit! I also like that you display your canned goods. They look pretty. I wish I still had that many left right now!

What nice Easter pictures! I love the dresses and outfits for Easter, but it is always cold here! We wear white furry coats! Just kidding...About the white fur that is.
