The ol' homestead

Howdy out there.... My heaven it seems like its been a while. Well, I guess it has really been a week or so and here is the reason. Our internet provider's tower was hit by lightening which took it down for a few days and then my oldest son thought he could get his laptop up on running through the router after that and now no-one has internet here at the house! Yes, I could have killed him, but he has since confessed and asked forgiveness and so what can we do now but wait for the unfailingly unreachable extremely busy and can never be reached internet techy to come and get it all straightened out. The only reason you see writing here at this point because I decided to zoom up to the local corner store that has free wi-fi to do a few things online and post this . So, I am not sure how long before we are back on-line, but hopefully soon.

I visited Pianomanjess and Grand-doll Mom and of course Grand-doll the other day. All seems well with them and future The Little seems to be on time and will arrive in July. I had a dream she was a girl this time and they named her Nigh -too funny huh? Grand-doll had picked out the name her mom said.

On the way home I passed a big truck and it threw a few pieces of gravel on my window, one wich happened to chip and crack it. It is now a long crack on the drivers side.

 College Son will graduate tommorrow and we are all excited for him. I will post some pictures of his graduation soon and let's not forget Big Miss is right behind him and will graduate in 2 weeks so we have been busy preparing for her special day!

We are still eating at "different and cultural diversified" food establishments, even though I may fail to mention it. This week-end it was a place called Panda Garden and we had mongolian BBQ. Sound strange? Was it ever good and so much fun to watch it prepared. You choose the raw ingredients and pile it an a big bowl and give it to the chef who sautee's it on a big heated stone, adds garlic and seasonings a a little "hot" if you want. We really enjoyed it and had nice company as Full House Mom waent a long as Full House Dad is in Australia still and will be headed back Sunday. But I would like to say "Happy Birthday" to her and I hope you all have a great week!
