Herbed Parmesan Oven Fries

I was asked to share the recipe for the herbed oven fries that I make. Here it is:

Herbed Parmesan Oven Fries

 1 egg white, lightly beaten
 1 t.basil                                                                                                                                                              
1/4 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt, divided
1-1/4 lb. potatoes (3 medium), cut into wedges

Preheat oven to 425. Combine egg white, cheese, basil and the garlic salt. Add to potatoes; toss to coat. Spread onto greased large baking sheet. Bake 35 min or until done.
