Lunar eclipse morningA full lunar eclipse... how cool is that! This morning Randy had to go to work at 6:00 and so at 5:30 we went out to have a peek at it and it was really neat to see, so I had to get Big Miss up too. She was up for all of about 5 minutes.... lol. This morning we will have our co-op classes and my 5 little girls will actually get to make some banana bread today, and I am sure they are excited as last week we just practiced measuring wet and dry ingredients and such but they wanted to cook! Funny thing about the recipe we are using out of the book today, it calls for sifted flour. Sifted flour -huh, I haven't done that in years, I don't know if they even sell sifters anymore, I think in class we will just talk about the sifting and move a long... Today I plan on doing some sheet washing and getting good use of my clothesline. I so enjoy hanging them out on the line and seeing them flap in the breeze, not to mention the wonderful smell and feel of them when crawl into bed at night. I hope these 3 innocent looking buggers don't spot them though...
I wanted to share a few pictures with you of the nice kaiser rolls I made last week. They were as yummy as they looked and next time I am going to add some garlic and parmesan to them. You all have a great lunar day today now!
