BLT Chicken Salad

This is another great recipe that I aquired from my sister in law. It is especially good in the Summer.

BLT Chicken Salad

1/2 cup mayonaise

1/4 cup barbecue sauce

2 Tbsp grated onion

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp pepper

2 large tomatoes chopped

8 cups torn lettuce

3 cups chopped cooked chicken

10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 hard cooked eggs, chopped

Combine mayo, bbq sauce, grated onion, lemon juice, and pepper in bowl for dressing.

After combining the rest of the ingredients for a salad, use dressing according to how much you like it. YUM!
