Supper tonight is Mexican. My oldest daughter Brittany had the job of planning and preparing the meals for the month of January. She did a great job and is becoming a quite capable young lady. She wants to be a stay at home mom one day to  house full of children. That makes me happy. Maybe that means I'm doing something right.
