New Life

There has been a nest with eggs in my hanging ivy on my front porch, and a very nervous mamma bird that flies away every time we open our front door.  Yesterday my husband saw little heads poking up from the nest.  I caught the mom gone and grabbed my camera.  They are all sleeping soundly.

But my poor ivy needs some watering.  I have hesitated about watering it. I didn't want to disturb the nest, so I have slowly poured water in the back side, hoping not to scare the mom away, causing her to abandon her babies.

In other news, I am slowly coming back from the abyss of illness.  The dr called Noah in a new perscription yesterday and I got him started on it.  Hopefully it will kick whatever he had in the rear! Poor baby!  He has been sick for over two weeks.  I have been self medicating, and can see a change this morning in the way I feel.  So hopefully in a day or two, I will be completely well! 

Don't you just hate being sick?  But more than that, I hate seeing my kids sick.  So please continue to pray for us that we will both be back to normal really soon.  Noah loves going outside and has been begging to go out for several days.  Poor Baby!
