I got my grains!! Kefir grains, that is...

Thanks to Jennifer at From Fields and Gardens.  I already have a batch started. 

I have been drinking store bought kefir for some time now and am looking forward to making my own.  I first read about kefir a couple of years back in a Hobby Farms Home magazine.  I was intrigued and wanted to try it.  Anyone have a story about their first experience with Kefir, I would love to hear about it.
