Still fighting the flu

Well, we are all at various stages of the flu.  Noah, who was the first to be affected, is feeling much better.  However, the effects of the meds are still apparent.  We have two more days to take the tamiflu, and hopefully get past all of this.  Megan, who got it next, is feeling better, still coughing and is stuffed up, but is able to be up and going around the house.  I am, as it is with most mothers, going in spite of how I feel.  I am very tired and still hurting with a minor cough, but am up and doing.  Lauren has been hit with it now, and has spent the last two days in bed.  She was sick some last Sunday and has complained a little through the week, but she has continued to be on the go and away from home so much this week, I couldn't judge how sick she actually was.  I have warned her that she isn't getting enough rest and has gotten run down, but at 18 they think they are invincible and continue to run and go, in spite of the clues their body is giving them.  So I suspect she will have a harder time of it than the rest of us.  Andrew has managed to avoid getting sick so far.  Hopefully he will continue to be able to fight it off.  And hopefully, in a few days, this will all be a distant memory and we will again enjoy good health.

Well, due to sickness, nothing much else has been happening.  So I will end here.  Hopefully, everyone who was sick is recovering well, and those of you who haven't been sick, may God keep you well.

I am right there with you, I am up and about today. We have two that have not caught it, and we are hoping that they don't.
