In the Beginning...

This is the beginning of Sugar Bend farms blog site. We are a family who is in the beginning stages of starting our own small scale homestead. We live in the country just north of Little Rock, Arkansas. We moved here in July of last year and bought a quaint country house with small acreage and are looking forward to pursuing our dream of country living.
