Monday, Again?

Can you believe that we are half way into the month of January? Wasn't it just yesterday that we welcomed in the new year?  Where is the time going?  And what am I doing with each day? 

Well today's agenda includes: laundry, sweep and mop the hard floors and vac the carpeted rooms.  Pick up in Noah's room, help Megan go through her drawers and closet and get rid of things she no longer uses or needs.   Wow, I am tired already.  Do homeschool, go to the library, cook supper, do dishes, breathe, breathe, breathe...

I woke this morning around 5:00 with a (hormonal) headache.  I took some Aleve and it feels some better, but still not gone.

It is cold again this morning, but the sun is out and looks like it will be a beautiful day.  I am so not a winter person!  I look forward to spring...

Well, Lauren is getting ready to go to Utah this week.  She leaves on Thursday and will not be back until next Tuesday.  She is going with the family she nannies for.  They are going to the Sundance Film Festival and asked her to go along to help care for their child.  They are paying her way, and paying her $100 a day to go along.  She has never flown before and is looking forward to the trip.  This is her first trip to Utah also.  Hopefully the weather will be good.  I will certarnly miss her and worry, but I know it will be a great adventure for her.  So please pray all goes well for her.

Megan and I are planning to try our hand at making butter today.  If we get everything else on the list done.  I will let you know how it goes and maybe share some photo's.
