Sugar Bend Farm

Friday once again!

My girls are coming home this weekend!!!! They have been at my mom's in Louisiana for the past two weeks, and we have missed them terribly!!! I will be so glad to see them.  I don't know how anxious they are to come home, they are having tons of fun with Mawmaw and Pawpaw.  They say they miss us, but aren't really ready to come home just yet.  I know why Lauren feels that way.  There is a  "special" young man there that she is interested in and she is getting to see him while she is there.  I remember 17, I can understand why she wouldn't be ready to come home yet.  And Megan is getting to play with cousins and having fun traveling late with my parents.  Andrew and I are "to bed early" folks, my parents are up late and sleep late.  It is nothing for them to be in Wal-Mart doing grocery shopping after midnight at night.  So my girls love that schedule!  And my mom does everything for them, and they don't have to do things for themselves.  They are really living it up!  But the " time has come said the walrus........"  Back to the real world!

Well, I went for my medical assesment for the Postal Service and I passed.  So I start training on Monday.  YEA!!! PAY CHECK!!!

Well I need to get going and get somethings done before the girls get home.  The weather looks nasty outside, looks like rain.  The temps are unusually high for the last few days and today it is already 68 degrees!  I want Fall again.  But I am afraid that we will jump right into cold weather.  I will definately have to have some warm, bundling up clothes for delivering the mail.  Having to have my window down so much, I will FREEZZZZZZEEEEEEEE! BBBBRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!
