How do I replie back, Thanks for all the welcome replies.

I also wish I could figure out how to put my picture on the left hand side of my blog

Welcome to homesteadblogger! I'm anxious to read all about your homestead. To reply to someone who has blogged on your site, just click on their name and it will take you to their blog. I'm not too good at figuring out how to put things in the side bars.

If you wish to replace the image of the cow you must go to "Template" and this will open up a whole page of codes, scroll down about half ways through and look for this (on the left hand side, this is what your actual code looks like)

You need to replace this image address part only, nothing else, below is the part that needs replaced with an image of your choise...

It's not as hard as it looks, but your picture needs to be housed, like at Photobucket, this gives it an address to link to...

Once you change the image address, simply scroll down all the way and click Save Changes...

If you want to load a new avatar (the sheep picture), click on your PROFILE, this will bring up your "profile" page, then click Upload New Avatar, you can do this directly from your computer, remember, avatars have a size limit, the image may need to be resized to fit...

Or, you could contact one of the staff members and send them the picture and ask them to please install the image for you...
