A Gift for my Sister...

The other day I showed you a sneak peek of a project I was working on. Well, last night I finished it and delivered it to my Sister this morning.
It's an advent calendar with 25 pockets holding a treat for each of my precious little nephews, and a portion of the Scripture account of Jesus' birth for their family to read together.

A gift she can use each year and enjoy with her loved ones.
I hope you have a Merry day.
My Cup Runneth Over...

I love that you added Scripture! I was wondering how to mix Scripture into a Christmas countdown and this is perfect! I have a snowman calender that was a gift from my MIL a few years ago. Now I'll get busy and print out the scripture so we'll be ready for Dec 1!

Awesome job :)

great idea!

Dearest Chas, Happy Thanksgiving.
That is about the cutest advent calendar I have seen. It looks better than the ones I see in the catalogs. I bet your sisters family will really enjoy it year after year. God's blessings and comfort to you and your family. Cynthia
