This recipe provides a great way to use leftover chicken or turkey.
2 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1" pieces
1 (8oz.) package of refrigerated crescent rolls
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Separate crescent rolls; place approx. 1 TBS chicken at large end of roll and rool up. Place in a 9x13" baking dish. Set aside.
Combine soup, milk and cheese in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring until cheese melts. Do not boil. Pour sauce over chicken roll-ups. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brown. Yield: 4 servings.
