My list of things to get done today is:

1. Go to town:
          1. Bank- cash check
          2. Pay Farm Payment
          3. Drop off mail at Post Office
          4. Shetlers - pick up 50 lbs of wheat flour & 50 lbs of sugar & milk

Get home

2. Start bread & put away flour & sugar
3. Do a barn blessing, means get the barn cleaned up and inventory feed.
4. Get Patrick's new uniforms (new company bought them out in Dec. and they finally got uniform shirts and new jeans.) put away and other clothes put away in my room.
5. Have the boys work on cleaning up their rooms while I'm putting away clothes.
6. Finish bread during all of this. Set timer so I won't forget the bread like I did before and had a rising mess... tasted good though...LOLOL...
7. Work on an oil painting of a dog that a friend of Patrick lost last year. Had been his best friend for 18 years. I started it, but during the "ugly" phase I sometimes let it sit for a few days. I would like to get it finished as I'm getting paid for this one.
8. Get started on painting some rocks. I have a deer almost finished, a duck almost finished and 3 rocks that I washed the other day so I could paint them this weekend.

This evening we are having homemade pizza. I told everyone that this time, it's a family effort in making it. They were so excited. Patrick is on call this weekend and had to work today to get some service calls done. He works for the local propane company. He is the service tech. And right now he is the only one who does service. So he is very busy this time of the year. Last 2 nights he got home after 9:30. So I hear the boys coming up to the house, I'd better get off of here as I told them as soon as they were done cleaning up the piggy mess we were going to town. Have a great day, stay warm and dry. Sure sounds like a busy day....but isn't it great to know that if we can be that busy, we must be healthy and are blessed with all those things and people in our lives....you sound very blessed.
