My next two week menu

Posted on Tue 4 Apr 2006 at 12:55

I know I have been really laxed when it comes to posting my two week menu, and I know it always helps me out, to see other peoples menu. I do mine in two weeks, because I shop every two weeks. I get 80.00 for everything.

I post only dinners through out the week and breakfast, lunch and dinner on the weekend. Calvin and I just scrounge around for lunch and breakfast.

Wednesday-Dinner-Baked Spagetti. This is from  my friend Crystal Miller at the Family homestead. I use alot of her recipes. The nice thing is. I am a family of 3 and she is a family of 8 so her one meal makes two meals for me.

Thursday-Dinner- Left over Red beans and Rice- I will use white rice in this recipe.

Friday-Dinner-Left over Baked Spagetti.

Saturday-Breakfast-Pancakes and Sausage

Lunch-Mac and cheese, and a PB+J Sandwich

Dinner- Meat Loaf,Onion Rings,Mixed Vegs

Sunday-Breakfast-Eggs,bacon,toast

Lunch-Tuna fish sandwichs, and Ramen Noodles

Dinner- Corn Dogs, mashed potatoes, mixed vegs

Monday-Dinner-Tacos,or tostadas, chi,chi sweet corn cake.

Tuesday-Dinner- Shredded chicken soup ,with pot pie noodles, and mixed vegs.

Wednesday-Dinner-Left over soup

Thursday-Dinner- Fish hunks,Hush puppies,green beans

Friday- Dinner-Tamales, over rice

Saturday- Breakfast- Waffles, sausage

Lunch-Tamales l/o

Dinner- at the inlaws

Sunday-Breakfast-Waffles-bacon

Lunch, brunch church

Dinner-dinner at my parents

Monday- Pizza

Tuesday-Dinner- Venison strips-in gravy over noodles

Wednesday- Left over venison

Thursday- Hamburgers,and fries.

As you can see, we are not the most healthy eaters. I bought a bunch of cornmeal in amish country now I need to start using some of it. We are not afraid to deep fry. My husband is part mexican, so we eat alot of that.

I love seeing other people's menus - it always helps me and like you I only have 2-3 people to feed - so I get many meals out of most recipes!!!
Did someone drive through your yard?
Bless...
Donna
