As my hubby and I were having  one of our very late night descusion, I think my husband finally realized how much his son loved him. I was a site for sore eyes, telling him this stuff and crying my eyes out. I just find it so amazing that sons are so anamered and in awe of there fathers. Just being in there presence is enough. Getting to do special things or projects with them put them over the moon.

My son Calvin, gets so excitited when his dad comes home from work. He just wants to spend the rest of the evening with his dad, doing what ever he happens to be doing. If my hubby is working on our special school room project, then calvin is extra happy, he loves to help my husband and just be with him. If its holding something for him, or going to get his slippers or just standing in the door way and watching him do (what I call man work).

I told my hubby last night, I do not think you realize how much this little man loves you and looks up to you. Also how sad and hurt he is when you tell him to just go find something else today, because you could do it faster with out him around. My son gets so bummed and sad. My son is only two.

I just wanted all the ladies and men to know that your sons love and admire there dads from day one. I also think its the same for moms and daughters. After our little talk, it was really made clear to me and to the best of my ability I tried to make it clear to my hubby, that his little boy loved him like crazy.
