We were not going to do a garden this year, because our next blessing is due any now. With my hubby home right now we have created our own boxed, pot, contianer garden. I would have pictures but my camera is in the car waiting to go to the midwifes for the baby.

We are growing potatoes, in a large black trash can, these are going really well so far. We have four leaf lettuce plants, in pots and buckets. This is our first time at lettuce so we should see how this goes. We also have 3 cherry tomato plants growing in buckets, this is my three year olds project for the year. We planted cucumbers in the ground so they would vine up around our deck. My husband has pepper seeds trying to grow, and strawberries in a pot. Nothing yet, but time will tell. We still need to plant our pole beans but we need to rig something up along our shed for them to grow up. Oh yes we do have carrots growing in our box garden. I will get pictures when I can.
