I think women with severe morning sickness should just sleep through it all.

Well, last night I went to bed at 5:00p.m. and did not wake up till 7:30 this morning. After thinking yesterday while lying in bed trying not to puke. I think all women with Hyperemisis, should just be knocked out. I just do not think any human being should have to suffer this way. When you find out you are one of the non lucky ones, and have HG, then they should just give you a 9 month sleeping pill, and you just sleep through it all. You have a picc, in for hydration, tpn in for nutrition. A great husband who does all the fluids, and food, and takes care of the rest of the family, oh also empty your waste container. Then you wake up for the birth, and your done. There would be some much less pain, and suffering. Well I know thats not going to happen but wouldn't be nice. I find I feel so much better when i sleep, even my trips to the bathroom, at night, I get a few mintues of non nausea, its like heaven.

At least I have a Great and Mighty Lord that I can Lean on in times of need like this.

I'm so sorry you are suffering so. My oldest daughter was in the same boat as you during her pregnancy. She spent lots of time in the ER. for dehydration and nausea. They ended up prescribing her a nausea med. that is usually given to cancer patients. It is really expensive but her insurance covered it. It worked like a miracle. I hope you can find relief.

We were married in 2001. He is Strong,Confident, Loving,Sweet,Caring,Funny,and is my better half. There is no one in the world who I would rather spend my time with.

My son's name is Calvin. He is 3.5 years old. He is my sweet miracle man. My ham in a can. He is the funniest,little boy. He looks like his dad, but acts like his mom. Sometimes thats not always a good thing. He is kind, polite,caring, and full of energy. He is also so very sweet and snuggly.

My angel who is in Glory. We lost our sweet angel, the sunday before thanksgiving 2004. The wee one was only with us 7 short weeks, though we never met, we think of that angel often.

My daughters name is Catherine. She is my long awaited miracle. She is so sweet and soft. She is already smiling and showing love. She has been worth all the hard work.
