Well to say the least my thursday has been a busy one.

My pressure canner is just finsihing up the last of my canned venison. I canned 14 pints and I had a little left over, That was all the ground venison I had from when my hubby got his dear. So next week hopefully i will can all the regular steaks and loins. Oh wait maybe not I only have two pint jars left.  So that will have to wait till I get more. I am really loving this pressure canner. I also did 3 pints of chili. We had it for dinner the other day and I am canning the left overs. I have been able to run to loads through the canner today, So it kinda is an all day project but well worth it by my standards. I wish I would have gotten one of these earlier.

I also was starting to sew on my apron. Sewing for me is one of those things if I can get to it then its great. Since my arms have been hurting its just not been possible. Today I started to sew and then my machine ate my thread., So i had to take what i could of it apart, and see what was going on. Well I got some of the thread off this greased nut but I am going to have my hubby try and help me or the poor girl is going to have to go into the shop. Hopefully not. I have not had it that long.

I have also been working on my homemanagement binder today. Getting some of the forms filled out. I also transfered it to a big binder as my other one was busting at the seams.

We are going to have fish, french fries and green beans for dinner. So I need to go peel those potatoes.

Yes we have a deep fryer.. I love it, my hubbys aunt gave it to us.
