I have always wanted to see a red cardinal. We live too far up north for them to visit much so seeing one would be a thrill. Send him up here.

I hadn't seen any cardinals all this past fall or winter, but yesterday, I saw not one, but two female cardinals in our back yard, plus a junco and a chickadee! It was like they were all coming out of the woodwork. I later found out that my husband had switched bird feeder seed--the birds must like the new brand a lot better!!!

I don't have any birdfeeders, we have a dozen or so barn kiities and it seems like I would be setting s trap for the birds. I sure would like one though, Ineed tolook into kitty-proof feeders. Know of any?
