I love to post entries with photos but my dear hubby replaced my computer with his old one so I could upgrade and it doesn't have my photo transfer software on it. I have to find it and install it quickly because there are so many great photos sitting on my camera right now! However, I did want to post a link to this great site that I found while looking for the organic raw milk farm in our area. It is called Local Harvest and you can search their website for food co-ops, farmer's markets, and even specific food items that are raised organically. I am pretty excited to check it out and would like to hear what others might have to say regarding their opinion on organic, raw milk. They say that it isn't "bad" even after it sours because it has simply crossed over into the cheese-making process. So, this leaves me with two questions for you all: What do you think about raw, organic milk? Taste? Health benefits? Health risks? Is it possible to make cheese at home without any special cheese-making tools? Leave a Comment { Last Page } { Page 6 of 9 } { Next Page } |
