Whew!

Blessedmama thinks my potatoes will repair themselves and come back fine without any extra work on my part.  I am so relieved!

I never thought I'd be this emotionally invested in a vegetable!

Mine were hit with a 17 degree frost. It looks as if I boiled the tops and threw them out in the dirt. :( From what I've read online, if they aren't re-sprouting in 2 weeks, I just need to replant. Rather sad, isn't it? At least you mulched!!! I hope they come back okay!

My potatoes were hit too with the cold blast, but no worries, they should be just fine, and being that you are not far away I am sure yours will be ok too. Have a great day!
