Many of you are in the midst of a very cold winter and likely cocoa is becoming a steadfast friend. Even for our family, who is having a mild and most beautiful Florida winter have taken to regular cocoa drinking. There is just something about cocoa that calms everyone. So today I am going to give you my favorite new cocoa recipe that is sure to comfort and please.

But before I get to that, I want to share a little something with you. It’s 2009. Does it seem like a new year is upon you?
