Well, my computer is fixed.  Many thanks to my DH and to Connie's DH for their hard work in getting me back up & running.  I was actually only without my computer for 4 days - I just have been busy focusing on non-bloggy things! 

Today has been busy already and it's not even noon.  I have made a big pot of Split Pea and Farmer Sausage soup along with a nice, fresh loaf of Light Oat bread.  Mmmmmm!  I've also just taken two loaves of my Banana Bread out of the oven.  I have to admit that it smells pretty good in this house right now! 

On the coffee front, I bought the new coffee maker, but unfortunately, it doesn't live up to my expectations.  The first cup is great, but the second is yucky unless you get it within 15 minutes.  I'll continue my search for that perfect "second" cup of coffee!  Sigh...

It's SNOWING here again today.  We have received about 8 inches of the white stuff overnight.  A lot of schools in the area were closed today, but not Abbotsford schools - needless to say our kids weren't very happy about that!

That's a quick update.  I must go check on the bread and soup.  Mmmmmmm!
